Jeremy Casebeer X Fair Harbor

For the third year in a row, we're proud to collaborate with climate advocate and volleyball pro athlete Jeremy Casebeer on an exclusive two-piece collection. A Climate Responsible Athlete, board member of Players for the Planet, and contributor to many other environmental organizations, Jeremy co-designed our limited-edition 8-inch and 10-inch Ozone Short and Kids Anchor Short.

"This design is inspired by the beach and white water', says Jeremy, explaining the significance of the collection for fathers and sons. "I grew up at the beach with my Pops and it's been a constant in my life, now I get to share that with my son. It's our happy place."

Just as Jeremy’s father instilled his love of nature through hiking, camping, and swimming in southern California, Jeremy is passing on those same lessons to his 7-year-old son, Joaquim, teaching him enthusiasm and respect for the outdoors. “If we see trash on a hike or at the beach we pick it up,” Jeremy says. “I also try to explain how things work. Why single use plastic is a waste because it’s used once and lasts for hundreds or thousands of years.”

The matching shorts from our sustainable fabric are the perfect duo for Father's Day, and a unique way to share your environmental values with your kids. For every short sold, we'll plant a tree with One Tree Planted, an environmental non-profit that restores forests, creates habitats for biodiversity, and produces social benefits. Proceeds will specifically contribute to the El Delgadito Mangrove Reforestation project on El Delgadito Island, located in the San Ignacio Lagoon of Mexico's Baja Peninsula. This area is a well-known nesting site for the grey whale, elephant seals, and California sea lions.

Jeremy, who heads up strategic partnerships with One Tree Planted, chose this project with Fair Harbor in the hopes that increased mangrove cover will invigorate the lagoon’s impressive populations of bird, fish, reptile, and mammal species. The reforestation of the mangroves will also help replenish the fish and mollusks stocks that feed the green sea turtle, leatherback sea turtle, hawksbill sea turtle, and olive ridley sea turtle—all currently endangered.

We hope this special collaboration collection for fathers and sons inspires your family to protect the places you love for future generations.
