We typically ask for 1-2 business days for our team to pack & ship your full order. However during promotional holiday weeks, your order will ship within 5 business days.

We currently ship using USPS, with options for UPS express, and FedEx Overnight

Please reach out to us at info@fairharborclothing.com if you are having trouble tracking your package. Please note that generally there is a time gap between when we send you tracking number and when the carrier updates the status online.

Yes! You can ship almost anywhere worldwide.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

Returns and Exchanges

We offer Free Exchanges and Free Returns.

 We accept all merchandise returned in its original condition up to 60 days after the date of purchase. If making a return, refunds can be issued to either the original form of payment or store credit. Products should be unworn and undamaged - a quick try on is cool; a surf or day at the beach/pool is less cool.

You can find your order number in your confirmation email, and also on the packing slip inside your box or envelope.

Make sure to use the Order Number Originated from the Confirmation Email - it should be a 6 digit number. If you have any trouble at all locating the correct number, send us a message at info@fairharborclothing.com and we are more than happy to assist you.

All exchanges should process as even - this includes if you had a discount before the order. Make sure to get to the end of the return section. Unless it is prompting for more payment, everything will exchange evenly. If there are any issues, please contact us and we will help out.

Promo Codes and Gift Cards

Your Discount Code will need to be entered into the “Gift card or discount code” text box on the first page of the checkout process.

Discount/coupon codes are only valid on full-priced items (no 2- or 3-pack bundles) – and some are only available for first-time customers, such as referral codes.

We also do not allow for the stacking of codes or promotions.  Only one promotion or discount code is allowed per order.  If you are having trouble applying a coupon code please reach out to info@fairharborclothing.com for more details.

The code should be sent to you via email. Be sure to check your promotions or junk folders as they can sometimes land in there. If you aren’t able to find it - no worries - just send us a message at info@fairharborclothing.com and we will be more than happy to help you out!

We design our gear in-house at our corporate headquarters in New York City and our products are manufactured at various locations across the globe. We currently work with factories in the United States, China, Peru and Pakistan.  

To select our stateside and overseas partners, we prioritize quality, compliance to worker’s safety, fair wages and benefits, and dedication to minimizing environmental impacts (things like water waste and air emissions).

Absolutely. All of our shorts are designed primarily as swimwear, and to function extremely well in any water environment. Over years and years, through extensive testing, we have created shorts that are extremely versatile, and can handle almost any condition or occasion. The Anchor, Bayberry, Sextant, and lined One Shorts have a built in interior liner made from a soft knit sustainable fabric that will not dry as quickly as their outer shells.

Yes! We work with specialists to source plastic bottles from around the globe, and convert them into high quality sustainable recycled polyester fabric. We’re passionate about finding ways to manufacture our materials and styles more sustainably.

If you like a liner, the Anchor, Bayberry, Sextant, Ozonw and One (lined option) shorts all have built-in liners. Our super soft, BreezeKnit liner is a boxer brief style that keeps you supported, comfortable, and fresh even after a long day at the beach, hike out on the trail, or afternoon at the bar. Our Nautilus and Rockaway boardshorts currently do not have built-in liners.

Over years and years, through extensive testing, we have created shorts that are extremely versatile, and can handle almost any condition or occasion. Our one shorts are no different, other than having a single color so that they can seamlessly blend into more casual environments and be worn as regular shorts as well. Whether swimming, golfing, or going to Lunch, the One Shorts will provide style.
