STANDARD TERMS:
Fair Harbor digital gift cards are available for purchase online and are delivered by email to the purchaser. The purchaser is responsible for forwarding or sharing the digital gift card with the intended recipient. Fair Harbor is not responsible for gift cards that are lost, stolen, or used without authorization after being shared by the purchaser or recipient.

Digital gift cards may be redeemed online at fairharborclothing.com only. They are not valid at third-party stockists and cannot be applied to international orders.

Gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards and are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law. All gift card purchases are final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Fair Harbor gift cards do not expire and no service fees apply.

Fair Harbor reserves the right to cancel or refuse any gift card order that appears to involve unauthorized, altered, or fraudulent activity.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Fair Harbor purchase. If it’s not quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for eligible items, started through our Returns Portal.

With Checkout+ Return Protection, you’ll enjoy a smoother, worry-free return experience — including free prepaid return shipping if you need it.


If Checkout+ wasn't added at checkout, a convenient prepaid return label is still available.


Please note:

• Items marked Final Sale on the website at time of purchase are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund

• Items marked Exchange Only on the website at time of purchase may be exchanged or returned for store credit in the form of a Fair Harbor gift card.

•Orders containing a gift with purchase are eligible for exchange only

•All Gift card purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
