This holiday, we’re working hard to ensure your orders and gifts are delivered when needed. We want to help you check everyone off your list without worry.
To ensure timely delivery of your gifts, we highly recommend placing your orders as soon as possible. Due to high demand, certain styles, colors, and sizes may become limited in the coming weeks. To guarantee your preferred items and avoid potential disappointment, we recommend to make your selections early. The earlier, the better!
(Fun fact: Ordering early is the gift that keeps on giving. Choosing free or standard shipping at checkout is the most environmentally friendly choice because it allows for the most efficiencies in the transportation process.)

Returns, Exchanges, and Gift Exchanges
We offer free exchanges
Returning full-price items: There's a $8.00 Service Fee for box and ship retunrs, covering associated costs. This fee only applies to "mail-in" returns; returns at a Happy Returns Bar are free. Remember, you have 30 days to drop off items, if not returned the return will expire automatically.
Sale items with a permanent discount are not eligible for return. These items will be marked as "Exchange only" on their product pages.
We accept all merchandise returned in its original condition up to 45 days after the date of purchase.
Orders placed beginning November 11th 2024 will be eligible for return until January 31st 2025.
If you decide to make a return, refunds can be issued to either the original form of payment or as a Fair Harbor merchandise credit . Products should be unworn and undamaged. (A quick try-on is fine, but items showing any signs of wear cannot be accepted.)
Please allow between 1-2 weeks for processing your return.
Gift returns can be processed on the website, the same way as our regular returns and exchanges. Just follow the instructions provided. Items with a gift receipt are eligible for exchange or store credit only and must be processed within 45 days of the purchase date. For purchases made between 11/11/2024 and 12/17/2024, the deadline for exchanges or store credit is extended to 1/31/2025. Please note that items marked with the exchange-only icon are not eligible for store credit. Returns for store credit may have a restocking fee or shipping charges deducted from the initial credit.
Gift Cards are not eligible for returns, except where required by local law.
