To ensure that your presents arrive on time, we recommend ordering as soon as possible. Despite our best efforts, we may have limited availability in certain styles, colors, and size ranges in the coming weeks. For that reason, it’s always advisable to purchase your top choices before they’re gone. The earlier, the better!
(Fun fact: Ordering early is the gift that keeps on giving. Choosing free or standard shipping at checkout is the most environmentally friendly choice because it allows for the most efficiencies in the transportation process.)

Returns, Exchanges, and Gift Exchanges
We offer free exchanges
Returning full-price items online? There's a $7 label fee for mail-in returns, covering associated costs. This fee only applies to "mail-in" returns; returns at a Happy Return Bar are free. Remember, items not returned within 30 days expire automatically.
Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. These items will be marked as "final sale" on their product pages.
We accept all merchandise returned in its original condition up to 45 days after the date of purchase.
Orders placed beginning November 1st 2023 will be eligible for return until January 30th 2024.
If you decide to make a return, refunds can be issued to either the original form of payment or as a Fair Harbor credit towards an exchange. Products should be unworn and undamaged. (A quick try-on is fine, but items showing any signs of wear cannot be accepted.)
Please allow between 1-2 weeks for processing your return.
Gift returns can be processed on the website, the same way as our regular returns and exchanges. Just follow the instructions provided. The recipient only needs the item and packaging to ship it back in. We’ll take care of the rest!
