This holiday isn’t like others for many reasons, so we want to help you check everyone off your list without worry.
As you may have already heard, the pandemic has caused worldwide supply chain delays and inventory issues. We’re working hard to find creative solutions to the disruptions. Despite our best efforts, we may have limited availability in certain styles, colors, and size ranges in the coming weeks. To make sure your presents arrive on time, we recommend ordering as soon as possible. The earlier, the better!
(Fun fact: Ordering early is the gift that keeps on giving. Choosing free or standard shipping at checkout is actually the most environmentally friendly choice, because it allows for the most efficiencies in the transportation process.)

Returns, Exchanges, and Gift Exchanges
We offer free returns and exchanges.
We accept all merchandise returned in its original condition up to 60 days after the date of purchase. If you decide to make a return, refunds can be issued to either the original form of payment or as a Fair Harbor credit. Products should be unworn and undamaged. (Obviously, a quick try-on is cool; a day at the beach is significantly less cool.)
Please allow between 1-2 weeks for processing your return.
Gift returns can be processed on the website, the same way as our regular returns and exchanges. Just follow the instructions provided there. The recipient only needs the item and packaging to ship it back in. We’ll take care of the rest!
