What is your return policy?

We offer free returns and exchanges and accept all merchandise returned in its original condition up to 45 days after the date of purchase. If you decide to make a return, refunds can be issued to either the original form of payment or as a Fair Harbor credit. Products should be unworn and undamaged. (Obviously, a quick try-on is cool; a day at the beach is significantly less cool.)

 

Please allow between 1-2 weeks for processing your return.

Can I return items from separate orders in the same package?

Our system scans the return labels specific to each order so we would prefer you to print a return label for each order and send them out separately. If you do choose to send back multiple items from different orders in one package, just be sure to let us know via email so we can make sure to manually refund you for all returned items. If you have any questions, let us know.

How do I create a return or exchange?

You can find your order number in your confirmation email, and also on the packing slip inside your box or envelope.

How do I create a gift return?

Please visit the return area of our site to initiate a gift return. Below the prompt “Start a Return” you’ll see an option for a gift return. The recipient only needs the item and packaging to ship it back. We’ll take care of the rest! If there are any issues, let us know and we will solve them.

When will I be refunded for my return?

Refunds are processed within a few business days after we have received your return package. If it’s been longer than a week, please contact us so we can look into the issue.

Why won’t my original discount apply to my exchange?

All exchanges should include the discount on your original order. Once you reach the end of the return section, any price difference will be resolved and the exchange should. Unless you are prompted for additional payment, the exchange should register as even. If there are any issues, please contact us and we will help out.
