Processing your order typically takes 1-2 business days (and orders placed after 11:30am EST are processed the next business day). You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number from one of our carriers as soon as your package ships. It should arrive at your doorstep within just a few days!
Please note orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday or the next business day.
Please note, orders placed on a holiday will ship the following business day.

For domestic orders, we provide standard shipping options through DHL and USPS, along with expedited choices using UPS.
Internationally, we utilize our shipping partner Global-E for regular shipments and DHL Worldwide for express services.
Please let us know if you are having trouble tracking your package. Note that generally there is a time gap between when we send you the tracking number and when the carrier updates the status online.
All orders ship directly from our warehouse in San Diego.
We ship to all 50 states, Washington, DC; P.O. Boxes in the U.S.; U.S. territories; and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. The shipping methods offered during checkout may differ based on your specific shipping address and the items selected.
We ship with USPS First Class or Priority Mail. The transit time for sending mail and packages to military addresses varies by destination. Shipping usually takes anywhere from 7 - 20 days.
Fair Harbor does not offer weekend delivery.
Yes! We will ship it to your P.O. box. However, we can not expedite to P.O. boxes. If you need to receive your order in a shorter time frame, please change your “Ship To” address to a non-P.O. box and select one of our expedited shipping options.
Standard Ground service is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
